GCS has been providing computer repair, network management, phone systems installation
and management since 1996. We provide computer networking and telephone systems to
small businesses. We also provide Business Continuity, Data Backup, Disaster Recovery
and Infrastructure as Service (IaaS), solutions. GCS employs highly qualified Microsoft
Soft, CompTIA, Nortel, Avaya and Digium Certified/Trained Professionals to take care of
customers’ networks, servers, workstations, printers and phone systems. These type of
resources are normally available to big businesses with deep pockets however we have
brought these computer and phone experts to small businesses which do not need or do
not want to hire full time computer / Microsoft Certified Network Engineers. We have
brought qualified, experienced Microsoft Certified Network Professional s and Technicians
to small businesses on competitive prices . We ensure that customers' computers are free
of viruses, performing on optimal speed, data is backed up both onsite and off-site,
customer has proper disaster recovery plan that is reviewed and tested from time to time.
We perform preventive maintenance on computers and servers, monitor network availability
and proactively manage networks to avoid unscheduled outages. We educate company
ownership about productivity tools and technology trends so that management can adopt
proper tools to increase productivity in the company, e.g. we demonstrate how certain
websites for certain computers can be blocked so that employees are not wasting time
surfing the internet or viewing personal emails. We help companies select appropriate
telephone and internet service providers to take advantage of new technologies and
reduced rates.
We make sure client is getting best possible return on the investment that they are making
on computer and phone networks. We do not upgrade hardware or software unnecessarily.
We believe that we must watch customers’ dollars as if those dollars were going out of our

GCS provides proactive network management on “as needed” or “monthly retainer” basis.
Monthly retainer provides reduced rate and guaranteed response time for service requests.
We try to fix computer problems by taking remote control of computers and networks. We
test Microsoft software upgrades in our lab before installing them on customer networks to
avoid any unnecessary hick ups in the network.

Our Team
Israr Malik, Rubina Rafiqi, and Zubair Rafiqi are all computer science graduates from North
Eastern University, IL and IIT IL.
Israr has worked as Programmer, Busniess Analyst, and Network Administrator prior to
starting networking business. Israr worked for foturne 500 compeanies like Motorola, Sara
Lee, Cendant Corporation, and Boaston Market as a consultant in these capacities.
Zubair graduated from IIT, IL in comptuer science and worked for Rosaties, Edwardows and
then joined GCS. Zubair has been Microsoft Certified Network Engineers since 1998. He
recently refreshed all his certificate for Windows 7, Windows 2008 and Exchange 2010.
GCS also employes high skilled Microsoft certified engineers and professional like Ivail
Toshev, Ishraq ud Din, Sajid Mirza, Rizwan Ahemd, Kamran Malik, Rouf Ahmed, and
Praveen Kumar to name a few.
